Whether you’re improving response quality, or informing content updates, these metrics help you quickly identify opportunities and measure impact. 

Winston Match Summary & Model Updates

Winston Match Summary & Model Updates helps teams with clearer explanations, higher confidence in matches, and a smoother path from sourcing to shortlist. The redesigned summary condenses the “why” behind each recommendation into a concise narrative across overall fit, work experience, skills, and education, enabling recruiters to validate matches in seconds. Under the hood, improved LLMs perform full‑text analysis of resumes and job descriptions, and dynamic ensemble modeling adapts weightings to each candidate’s background, delivering more nuanced relevance and more holistic candidate insights.
