SmartAnalytics Pro now supports automatic analysis of substages mapped from your SmartOS hiring processes, delivering a new layer of visibility into your applicant pipeline. Substages, like “Verbal Offer” or “Offer Acceptance” are dynamically synced and reflected in both full applicant pipeline views and micro funnel views, depending on the selected hiring process. There’s no setup required: as soon as substages are activated in your ATS, they’re available in SmartAnalytics Pro for all users with the appropriate access permissions.

This upgrade provides real-time, granular insight into each step of the hiring journey, empowering teams to identify bottlenecks, track conversions, and continuously optimize hiring performance. Substages are fully localized and always up to date, giving global teams consistency without sacrificing detail. Automated Group Interviews

Coordinating interviews with multiple candidates and team members is now faster and easier than ever, thanks to Group Interview Automation. Recruiters can set up recurring interview slots and let candidates self-schedule based on availability, eliminating back-and-forth emails. The system takes care of sending invites, confirmations, and reminders through customizable templates, ensuring everyone stays aligned with minimal manual work.

Recruiters can launch and manage recurring group interview sessions with just a few clicks, while the system handles everything in the background.
