Winston Chat Updates

The Winston Chat Configuration Panel gives teams complete control over their chat experience. From managing agent identity, branding, and content across channels to configuring access and compliance settings, the panel helps ensure every interaction is secure, consistent, and trustworthy. Teams can also review unanswered topics and optimize the knowledge base to continuously improve performance and deliver a more personalized, engaging candidate experience.
