Automated Invites to Hiring Events

We’re excited to introduce new automation capabilities in event management to make high-volume hiring events faster and more efficient. With workflow-driven candidate invites, self-scheduling, and event pre-creation, recruiters can eliminate repetitive administrative tasks and focus more on engaging with talent. These enhancements not only improve the candidate and recruiter experience but also bring hiring events in line with the automation already available across other parts of the SmartRecruiters platform.

Mult-Factor Authentication

We’re committed to keeping your data safe, which is why we’ve introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to SmartRecruiters. With MFA, signing in requires more than just a password; users will also need to enter a one-time security code sent to their email, adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access. Since passwords alone are no longer enough to safeguard accounts, MFA ensures sensitive data remains secure and only verified users can access your system. Building on this feature, we’re also launching MFA Recovery Codes, a secure backup option that allows users to regain access to their accounts if they lose their primary authentication method.
